Do you have a physical store?
Where are the oils from?
All our oils are produced in our private oil mill in Navas de San Juan, Jaén.
Filtered or unfiltered oil?
The oils we offer are all filtered.
Filtering an oil only improves the product, as the filter removes moisture and/or impurities that the oil may have retained from its origin and production. By filtering it, we ensure that it reaches your homes in the best conditions for long-lasting durability.
Do you have any certification?
We currently have the following certifications:
- Integrated Production. (For our Early Harvest EVOO).
- Protected Geographical Indication (PGI Jaén).
- Gusto del Sur.

How can I track my order?
Once your order has been processed, we will send you its tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order on the carrier's tracking page.
Can I modify my order once the purchase is made?
In our commitment to provide you with the best shopping experience, we process your orders quickly so you can enjoy them without unnecessary delays. We understand that sometimes you may need to make changes or cancellations, so we recommend contacting our customer service team as soon as possible.
We cannot guarantee that changes will be accepted, but we will do our best to help you with your request. We are here to make you feel valued and satisfied with every purchase!
Can I return a product if I've already opened or consumed it?
No. For reasons of hygiene and food safety, returns of food products that have been opened, handled or partially or totally consumed will not be accepted.
The right of withdrawal will only apply to unopened products with the seal intact.

Are taxes included in the price?
Yes, taxes are included in the price we give in our store, adapted to the specific circumstances of each country.
Tracking order
Access your user profile in AD-MORUM to obtain updated information about your order or track it from the email we sent you with the tracking number.
Send conditions
The order will begin to be processed once we receive payment. If the order is placed before 12:00 PM on a working day, it will be shipped on the same day. Transit time is usually 24/72 hours on working days for Spain.

When will I receive my order?
At Ad-Morum, we do our best to dispatch orders on the same business day we receive them, provided they are placed before 12:00 PM.
You can view the normal transit time for each order in the shipping section, but the final delivery is beyond our control as the shipping company is responsible for this part.
If your order has been delayed by more than 5 business days from the estimated delivery date, please contact us via chat or email at pedidos@admorum.es so we can assist you.
How much is shipping?
Product shipping costs will be displayed in the shopping cart, but you can also access this information in the shipping section.
We ship to several EU countries and mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands.
We currently do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and/or Melilla. We will inform you if the situation changes.
Do you ship to my country?
In the shipping section of our store, you can see the countries to which we ship.
Are there customs or extra taxes within the EU?
Within the EU, there are no customs between member countries.
Account registration, login and password

Login and/or registration
By clicking on the user icon, you can log in and register. The next step will be to enter your email address, to which we will send you an access code. Enter that code on the page and you're done! Every time you access your account, you will follow the same process. Don't worry about your order history, as it will appear as soon as you log in.
Reset your password
Ad-Morum has a different login: to log in and/or register all you will have to do is enter your email and we will send you a code to add to the page. Once you have entered the code you will have logged in and will be able to see your orders as well as make user modifications.
Change user
From your profile you can modify your name as well as your shipping address. You can add more addresses if you want or delete those you don't have in use.
Payments

What payment methods do you accept?
We use Shopify Payments technology to accept the vast majority of payment methods (card, Google Pay, Apple Pay...).
These will be made once you complete the order and will always be paid before delivery.
We do not accept cash on delivery payments.
Do you offer installment payments?
We currently do not offer installment payments.
Do you accept bank transfers?
We accept bank transfer payments once you place your order. When you confirm the order on the website, we will provide you with the details for the transfer, as well as our account information, on the same screen. Once payment is made, we will proceed with shipping the product.
If we have not received payment after 5 days, the order will be canceled.
