LEGAL TERMS FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE DRAW

 

1.- ORGANIZING COMPANY OF THE PROMOTION

 

The Company with address at Aceites Aseal S.L.U, fiscal address Ctra Nacional IV, KM 550,600 41703 Dos Hermanas (Seville) and identified with CIF number B90335944

organizes the draw (hereinafter, "the Promotion") of national scope, to be carried out via the Internet, in accordance with the provisions of the participation requirements section.

 

The purpose of this draw is to reward the loyalty of brand followers with 3 bottles of AOVE Primera Cosecha Picual 23/24-500ml.

2.- START DATE AND END DATE

The Promotion will start on June 18 at 1:00 p.m. and will end on June 30. The winner will be announced on July 1.

 

3.- PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS AND PROMOTION MECHANICS

The participation requirements will be as follows:

 

-   Only Participants who have an Instagram account may participate.

 

-   Participants must comment on the brand's post on the Instagram social network, tagging 1 person during the participation period, in addition to following our Instagram profile Aceites Ad Morum (@aceitesadmorum) • Instagram photos and videos

-   Participants may only participate with a single Instagram profile. If a Participant is found to be participating with multiple Instagram profiles, they will be disqualified.

- The prize will be drawn among all users who meet the requirements outlined in the Instagram post copy.

 

4.- PROMOTION CONDITIONS AND PRIZES

 

The winner will be chosen randomly via the Easypromos platform. The winner will be announced on July 1 through the brand's social profiles, along with the draw's validity certificate.

 

The prize will consist of: 3 bottles of AOVE Primera Cosecha Picual 23/24-500ml.

The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or any other prize, nor can it be subject to change or alteration. The Company reserves the right to modify the prize if, on the day the participant is declared the winner, there are stock problems and, therefore, it is impossible to award the same prize.

 

The winner may contact the Company within 5 days from the date it is announced on the brand's social profile. If no contact is made within the stipulated period, another winner (alternates) will be assigned.

 

The draw, as well as the awarding of the prize, are subject to current tax regulations.

5.- DISQUALIFICATIONS AND PENALTIES

 

If it is found that any of the Participants do not meet the requirements established in the Terms and Conditions, or the data provided to participate is invalid, their participation will be considered void and they will be automatically excluded from the Promotion, losing all rights to the prizes awarded under this Promotion.

 

The Company reserves the right to declare the draw null and void.

 

6.- PUBLICATION OF COMMENTS OR OPINIONS

 

Comments or opinions whose content is considered inappropriate, offensive, libelous or discriminatory, or that could violate the rights of third parties, will not be allowed. Comments against an individual that violate the principles of the right to honor, personal and family privacy, and self-image will also not be allowed. We are not responsible for damages caused by comments made by Participants in the Promotion, which could at any time offend the sensibilities of other Participants.

 

Participation in this Promotion, as well as the publication of comments made by Participants on the posts, may not under any circumstances violate Instagram's Community Guidelines or Instagram's Terms of Use.

 

If the Company discovers the use of fraudulent means for participation, such as the use of bots in the comments, the prize will not be awarded and will remain the property of the Company.

 

7.- EXONERATION OF LIABILITY

 

By way of example, but not limitation, we are not responsible for possible losses, thefts, delays or any other circumstance attributable to third parties that may affect the development of this Promotion, nor are we responsible for the use that the Participant makes of the prize obtained from this Promotion.

We assume no responsibility in cases of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances that may prevent the realization of the Promotion or the total or partial enjoyment of the prize.

In the event that this Promotion cannot be carried out, either due to detected fraud, technical errors, or any other reason beyond the Company's control that affects the normal development of the Contest, we reserve the right to cancel, modify, or suspend it, including the participation website.

8.- PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

In accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation, each participant, by accepting these Legal Terms, consents to their personal data being incorporated into a file owned by this company, for the purpose of managing the draw, as well as disseminating and publicizing its results, and processing the prize delivery.

We inform you that you can exercise your rights of Access, Rectification, Deletion, Opposition, Restriction of processing, Portability, oblivion, and not to be subject to automated individual decisions by sending an e-mail to pedidos@admorum.es.

Without prejudice to any other administrative appeal or judicial action, the Participant shall have the right to file a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State of their habitual residence, place of work or place of the alleged infringement, if they consider that the processing of their personal data is not adequate to the regulations, as well as in the event of not having satisfied the exercise of their rights.

 

Therefore, the Participant declares having been informed of the conditions regarding personal data protection, accepting and consenting to the processing.

9.- CHANGES AND ACCEPTANCE

We reserve the right to modify or extend these promotional terms, to the extent that it does not prejudice or undermine the rights of the Participants in the Promotion.

The mere act of participating in the draw implies that the Participant fully accepts the conditions of these Legal Terms. Likewise, participation in a draw of this nature implies acceptance of the rules of the Instagram social network through which it is carried out.

 

10.- APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

These legal terms will be governed by Spanish law. The Courts and Tribunals of the Participant's city of residence will be competent to resolve any claim or controversy that may arise in relation to the validity, interpretation or fulfillment of these terms.
