Aceites Aseal S.L.U. is a family business integrated into Grupo Acolsa, born from a deep connection to the land and a long olive oil tradition passed down through generations. Our oil mill is located in Andalusia, the heart of European olive groves and the region with the largest area dedicated to olive cultivation, a privileged environment that defines our way of working and understanding olive oil.

From its beginnings, Aceites Aseal S.L.U. has combined inherited know-how with a clear innovative vocation. We are committed to continuous improvement, the modernization of processes, and the incorporation of advanced technology to guarantee efficient production that respects the fruit and its origin.

The company's founders, coming from families with solid experience in olive oil production, have always had a clear mission: to extract the best from the olive tree and enhance the value of each harvest. To achieve this, quality is not just a goal, but an unrenounceable principle that guides all stages of the process, from the reception of the olives to the obtaining of the final oil.

Our oil mill is the meeting point between tradition, innovation, and commitment to the productive environment. We work with responsibility, respect for the rural environment, and a vision of sustainable growth, convinced that this is the only way to produce oils that authentically reflect their origin and meet the highest standards in the sector.

Quality is not a one-time goal, but the axis that guides our daily work as an oil mill and packer.

Ad-morum currently offers two types of oil and formats:

  • Early Harvest Picual EVOO 500 ml
  • Picual EVOO 5L

Our oils are the result of a careful selection of the best olives, combined with traditional production methods and modern milling technology. The result is a premium quality oil with an exceptional flavor and unique aroma. It is no surprise that we have been awarded a bronze medal at the Los Angeles International Awards 2024; a silver medal at the Mezquita Awards 2024; an international Virtus "Gold" medal in 2022 and "Great Gold" in 2023 and 2024; a silver medal at Olive Japan 2024, and gold medals at the IOOC Athena 2024 awards, the London competition 2024, and Dubai 2024, earning the designation of Ultrapremium Olive Oil. We also achieved a score of 8.3 out of 10 in the IberOleum 2024 guide. For 2025, we have been listed in the TOP100 of Evooleum and achieved a score of 9.45/10 in the IberOleum Guide.

Early Harvest Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Early harvest extra virgin olive oil is a type of olive oil obtained through the early milling process, which takes place during the first olive harvest of the season. This process is carried out when the olives are still green and have not reached full maturity, resulting in an olive oil with a fresher, fruitier flavor.

Furthermore, early harvest extra virgin olive oil is rich in antioxidants and polyphenols, making it a healthy option for cooking and seasoning foods. It is important to note that this type of olive oil can be more expensive than other varieties due to the early extraction process and the high quality of the final product.

If you are looking for a healthy and flavorful alternative for your meals, early harvest extra virgin olive oil can be an excellent choice.

Where does the name Ad‑Morum come from?

The name Ad‑Morum is a tribute to the municipality of Navas de San Juan (Jaén), to its history and to the symbols that are part of its identity, such as its coat of arms. The choice of this name for our olive oil brand comes from the desire to pay tribute to the land that hosts us and from which our work originates.

Its origin dates back to Roman times and is documented in the so-called Apolline vessels, ceramic pieces depicting the main itineraries of the Empire. On one of these vessels, the toponym Ad‑Morum appears, indicating a stop located along the route of the Via Augusta, the great road that connected Cadiz with Rome and crossed the area where Navas de San Juan is located today.

With the name Ad‑Morum, we want to keep this historical legacy alive and symbolize the union between past and present, between the heritage of our land and an olive oil that has been produced in the same place for centuries.
