Authentic taste of Jaén

Made with olives harvested at their optimal ripeness, the oil is obtained through cold extraction, preserving its polyphenols, aromas, and organoleptic properties intact.

The result is an EVOO with a green-ripe fruity profile, with the unmistakable personality of the Picual variety:

  • Fresh and intense aroma
  • Herbaceous and vegetable nuances
  • Balanced fruity notes
  • Moderate, clean, and pleasant bitterness and spiciness

A versatile oil, ideal for stews, frying, salads, toast, and any recipe that calls for an authentic-tasting oil.

Own olive mill

At Aceites Aseal, we produce our Extra Virgin Olive Oils in our own oil mill in Navas de San Juan (Jaén), under the certification of the Protected Geographical Indication (PGI) Aceite de Jaén, a seal that guarantees origin, quality, and traceability at every step of the process.

We work with deep respect for the environment and with exhaustive control from the olive grove to bottling, ensuring an EVOO of maximum purity and excellence.

Each bottle reflects the effort of our small producers and the artisanal care applied to every detail. Enjoy an exceptional EVOO at home, the result of the tradition, passion, and experience of generations of master olive oil producers.

Frequently Asked Questions

How can I find out the vintage?

Harvest information can be found in the title of each product on this website, as well as inside the packaging once you physically receive your order.

Where can I see the best before date?

The best-before date, batch, and vintage are found on the packaging itself.

What variety of olive is it?

All our oils are single-varietal picual. That is, they only contain the picual variety.

Filtered or unfiltered oil?

The oils we offer are all filtered.

Filtering an oil only improves the product, as the filter removes moisture and/or impurities that the oil may have retained from its origin and production. By filtering it, we ensure that it reaches your homes in the best conditions for long-lasting durability.

Do you have any certification?

For our EVOO, we have the Protected Geographical Indication (PGI Jaén) certification, as well as the Gusto del Sur certification.

My oil's color is different; does that mean it's a different type or has gone bad?

The change in oil color is a natural process that occurs over time. This variation in pigmentation does not mean that the product is unsuitable for consumption. The way oil is stored at home can accelerate or delay this change, but it is an inevitable phenomenon. Extra Virgin Olive Oils (EVOO) do not contain colorants; all changes are the natural result of the olive.

Where are you?

Our oil mill is located in Navas de San Juan, Jaén. Orders can depart directly from our oil mill or from our logistics center in Seville.
