Through this certification, the complete monitoring of production is audited (from the field with the farmers to the final packaged product). This is defined on the Junta de Andalucía website as agricultural systems for obtaining vegetables that use and ensure sustainable agriculture in the long term, introducing biological and chemical control methods, as well as other techniques that reconcile the demands of society, environmental protection and agricultural productivity, and the operations carried out for the handling, packaging, processing and labeling of vegetable products covered by the system. This international competition for wines, spirits, and EVOO has awarded us this medal, recognizing the international quality of our extra virgin olive oil and granting it great visibility.
All our oils are monovarietal picual. That is, they only have that variety.
Early EVOO is obtained by harvesting unripe (green) olives. Its flavor is intense and its green color is very marked. It is an ideal option for lovers of intense flavors.
Olive oil does not have an expiration date, but rather a best-before date.
Through the best-before date, we indicate that it will be in perfect condition for consumption (provided storage instructions are followed) until the date indicated. After that date, the product can still be consumed by the customer as long as the customer ensures that it does not have an undesired odor.
The oil's color change occurs naturally over the months. This change in the oil's pigmentation does not mean that the product is not suitable for consumption.
How the oil is stored in homes will accelerate or delay this change, but it is something that will happen.
EVOOs do not contain any colorants; all changes are due to the natural properties of the olive.

Orders can leave our oil mill directly or from our logistics center in Seville.
