The ingredients we will need are:
– 4 turkey thighs
– 4 tablespoons of Picual Variety Extra Virgin Olive Oil
– Flour (1 tablespoon)
– Salt (1 tablespoon)
– Pepper (1 tablespoon)
– Thyme (1 tablespoon)
– Rosemary (1 tablespoon)
– Mixed nuts

The steps to follow are:
- Preheat the oven to 180ºC (350°F).
- Mix the flour, salt, pepper, thyme, and rosemary in a bowl.
- Sprinkle the turkey thighs with the spice mixture and add a tablespoon of EVOO.
- Place the thighs on a baking sheet and add the mixed nuts.
- Bake for 30-45 minutes or until fully cooked.
