Which courier companies do you work with?

Our logistics operator is MBE, but depending on your order's destination, we usually work with the following transport companies: Correos Express, CTT Express, UPS, TNT, and SEUR.

Where are you?

Our oil mill is located in Navas de San Juan, Jaén (Spain), and orders can be shipped from there or from our logistics center in Seville (Spain).

Can I cancel my order?

If you need to cancel an order, please write to us as soon as possible at pedidos@admorum.es. If the order has already shipped, we cannot guarantee cancellation. In that case, you may refuse delivery so that the package returns to our facilities.

Shipping costs are not refunded under any circumstances, unless the product is defective or there is an error on our part.

For returns due to other reasons, shipping costs already incurred will be deducted from the refund amount.

Can I add more products to my order once it's been placed?

Once the order has been placed, we cannot guarantee the incorporation of additional items. However, if this happens, we recommend that you write to us urgently at pedidos@admorum.es to try and evaluate options. In any case, any additions must be paid for before the order leaves our facilities.

If the order has already been dispatched, no modifications will be possible.
