Duck magret with red fruit and evoo sauce

The recipe we want to propose today is perfect for the Christmas holidays: duck magret with red fruit sauce and EVOO. To make this recipe, you need the following ingredients:

– 2 duck magrets

– 200 gr. of red fruits (raspberries, blueberries, etc.)

– Honey (1 tablespoon)

– Lemon juice (1 tablespoon)

– White wine (1 tablespoon)

– Salt

– Pepper

How to prepare it:

– First, in a frying pan, heat a generous drizzle of Picual variety extra virgin olive oil.

– When the oil is hot, add the duck magrets and sauté until golden brown on both sides.

– Meanwhile, in a saucepan over medium heat, add the red fruits, honey, lemon juice, white wine, salt, and pepper.

– Let everything cook for about 10 minutes for the sauce to reduce.

– Finally, serve the duck magrets with the red fruit sauce on top.
