- 100 ml Picual Variety EVOO
- 150 g soaked bread
- 400 ml water
- 200 g raw peeled almonds
- 1 tbsp. vinegar
- 1 clove garlic
- Salt
To prepare it, we'll start by soaking the bread. Afterwards, add the bread along with the same water, almonds, garlic, vinegar, and salt to the blender cup. Blend until smooth. With the blender running, add the Picual variety extra virgin olive oil to emulsify and achieve a full-bodied cream.
Now it's time to let it chill in the fridge to enjoy it very fresh.
