Gazpacho

The recipe we suggest is a rich and fresh gazpacho. We will include in our shopping basket:

For the gazpacho:

1kg ripe tomatoes

1 green bell pepper

1 apple

1 garlic clove

EVOO to taste

1 tablespoon vinegar

Salt to taste

For the garnish:

1 hard-boiled egg

1/2 red bell pepper

1/2 cucumber

The steps to make gazpacho are very simple:

Add all the ingredients for the gazpacho to the blender and blend for at least 2 minutes or until you get the desired consistency.

To serve, we must wait until the gazpacho is cold, and we recommend serving it with whole wheat toast, a hard-boiled egg; 1/2 bell pepper and 1/2 cucumber diced.
